Bhai Jaan Was Offered Mannat Before King Khan.
We all know about the most famous villa in Mumbai ‘Mannat’ owned by actor Shahrukh Khan and his wife Gauri. According to the reports, it was earlier offered to actor Salman Khan but, his dad Salim Khan said: ‘Itne bade ghar me kroge kya’(what will you do in such a big house).
In a recent interview, Salman Khan said that he once declined an offer to buy Mannat. According to Bhai Jaan’s father, the house was too big for him.
The most famous and entertaining duo of Bollywood often gives each other a shoutout in interviews and on social media. Shah Rukh Khan also gave hints to the media that Salman might be a part of a song in his upcoming movie, Pathan, and said that working with him is a lovely experience. In a recent interview, Salman spoke about Shah Rukh’s one thing which he wished he had- his Mumbai Palace, Mannat.
He also mentioned that the historical building was offered to him in the past but he declined to accept the order to buy it. Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan are looking for comes in each other’s upcoming movies, and even co-starred in the 1995 most famous movie Karan Arjun. King Khan and Bhai Jaan share a strong bond of friendship.

But, some years ago both of them were going through a bad phase, and when they were not talking on terms after they got into a fight at actor Katrina Kaif’s birthday party in 2008.
Located in Bandra Mumbai, Mannat is home to Shah Rukh her interior designer wife Gauri Khan and their three children- Aryan Khan, AbRam Khan, and Suhana Khan. The six-story building is designed by Gauri Khan and is one of the most iconic celebrity homes in Bollywood. The palace features luxurious amenities as well as collectibles and family memorabilia and is reportedly valued at approximately INR 200 crore.
